General Guidelines

  • Don't hallucinate details - ask or leave gaps
  • Track open topics during conversations
  • Research before recommending packages/tools
  • Use iframe tool for diagrams, not markdown tables

Conversation Workflow

Adds an "update memory" phase that agents should do after each PR - reflect on mistakes, identify learnings, and propose updates to AGENTS.md files.
