Kwila Dev Bot a3aa3832bc docs: use direct branches instead of forks for kwila repos (#19) 
dev-bot has write access to kwila repos, so the fork-based workflow is unnecessary overhead (an agent just created and then had to delete a fork of shed-ledger). Update both workflow mentions to say: push feature branches directly to the repo and PR against main.

The "Fork PR Secrets" section is left intact since it still applies to genuinely external fork PRs.
