Improvements based on real-world usage:

Changes

Table format for ID systems - easier to scan than bullet list
New example: Get specific run by API ID
New section: Debugging Failed Runs
- Finding API ID by commit SHA prefix (useful when you only know partial SHA)
- Listing jobs/tasks for a workflow run
- Downloading and serving Playwright reports locally

These additions came from debugging CI failures in the market project.

- Convert ID systems list to table for better readability
