Learnings from spec review task

Adds guidance based on mistakes made during a spec review conversation:

Subagent Patterns

  • Delegate file edits - Even doc/spec edits are implementation work

General Guidelines

  • Work through task lists autonomously - Don't ask "what's next?" after each item when you have the full list
  • Use proper tools - Use patch tool, not Python scripts for file edits
