• fix Chrome URL allowlist patterns so YouTube and Vimeo embed URLs with video IDs are allowed
• support YouTube subdomains such as www.youtube.com and www.youtube-nocookie.com
• update the policy contract check

• nix build .#checks.x86_64-linux.student-chromium-policy --no-link
