• run the Flutter launcher under a restartable user systemd service
• restart the launcher after successful system updates
• remove GTK Applications/Restore controls from the status bar
• consume common Super-key shortcuts in the student Sway session to prevent Android escape paths

Validation

• nix build .#nixosConfigurations.kwilabook.config.system.build.toplevel --no-link
• flutter analyze
• flutter test
