This PR makes two changes to the homepage as requested:

1. Adds "Intentional Software Company" as a subtitle under "Kwila Development" in the header
2. Makes it clearer that "Delivering solutions through software and Christlike service" is our mission statement by prefixing it with "Our mission:"
