This PR implements the requested content updates:

1. Remove the purpose/mission statement from the hero section
2. On the About page:
   • Add the mission statement (moved from hero)
   • Remove these sections: Portfolio, Experience, Day-to-day skills
3. Update the footer email to addison@kwila.dev
