• add generic equipment records with dumpster, skid steer, excavator, and work truck types
• add equipment details, editing, rentals/assignments, and availability views
• generate assignment events and support completion, cancellation, rescheduling, and approved schedule sync
• add recurring maintenance schedules and maintenance event workflows
• add configurable Equipment, Scheduling, and Contractors modules with shared navigation and confirmation sheets
• add a hot-reload development compose stack for the demo

This remains an in-memory demo focused on the three initial workflows. Persistence, dispatch, and production contract/pricing workflows are outside this PR.

Validation

• npx ng test --no-watch --no-progress (19 tests passed)
• npx ng build --no-progress
• git diff --check
