• Add public/logo.html and public/favicon.html using Allura font
• Add just generate-logo recipe to regenerate PNGs via html2png.dev
• Generate logo.png (800x320), icon-512.png, icon-192.png
• Remove ICONS-TODO.md (now complete)

feat: add logo and favicon with html2png generation ... ee18654ecd

- Add public/logo.html and public/favicon.html using Allura font
- Add just recipes: generate-logo, generate-favicon, generate-assets
- Generate logo.png (800x320), icon-512.png, icon-192.png
- Remove ICONS-TODO.md (now complete)
- Update spec 000-mvp.md to mark tasks complete
