Summary

  • Replace Openbox with Sway/Wayland.
  • Enable Waydroid and graphics/input support for the student account.
  • Run Chromium and the Teaching Textbooks Android UI on separate workspaces.
  • Provide keyboard switching and relaunch shortcuts.

Testing

  • nix flake check --no-build
  • git diff --check

Known limitation

Waydroid image initialization and Teaching Textbooks APK provisioning are not bundled yet. The PR is intended for live hardware testing of the Sway/Waydroid integration and workspace switching; the Android container must still be initialized and provisioned before the course app can run.
