Summary

  • add Forgejo CI for frontend, backend, and Playwright checks on pull requests
  • add Angular ESLint and Prettier configuration
  • mark spec 1.0.2 as completed

Verification

  • frontend lint, formatting, production build, and unit tests pass locally
  • backend checks are configured for CI; Go is unavailable in this orb

Implements specs/001-mvp/000-project-setup/002-pull-request-ci/SPEC.md.
