• Add Go backend unit tests and testable server configuration
• Configure Angular unit tests with Vitest and jsdom
• Add Playwright E2E coverage through the Caddy single-port stack
• Add just test orchestration and latest compatible frontend tooling

Validation

• npm test passed
• npm run build passed
• npx playwright test --list passed
• specture validate --spec 1.0.1 passed
• Backend Go tests and full Playwright execution could not run in this orb because Go is unavailable and Docker daemon access is denied.
